Aether Energy to hit market with smart scooter

Two IIT Madras graduates have come out with an innovative scooter, which is not a revolutionary product but an improvement on the existing products with smart features. The IIT graduates, Tarun Mehta and Swapnil Jain, started a startup Aether Energy (pure air breathed by gods) in Bangalore. They have fabricated the scooter with lithium ion battery back up which runs 72 kmph. The smart feature of the scooter is that its dashboard shows the way with GPS. Its other features include touch screen dashboard, remote application and light-sensing head lamps. Another important feature is the introduction of air updates which are not available even in the cars in the country. Another smart feature with the scooter is that it tells you the time in which you could cover the distance to a destination, which is preset. The company seeks to encourage only online bookings. The smart scooter is aimed at the curious 20-30 age group.
