Talasani finds reason to question Chandrababu
At last, Telangana Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav has found a reason to criticise his original party leader, Chandrababu Naidu.
Following the party jumping by four YCP MLAs and joining the ruling TDP in Andhra Pradesh, Talasani, who was elected on the TDP ticket from the Sanatnagar constituency, said on Tuesday that Chandrababu should now answer the ethical question of encouraging defections.
When he had joined the TRS, what Chandrababu had said had pained him a great deal. But Chandrababu should not preach against changing parties while encouraging the same by other party MLAs.
The Chief Minister should also make it immediately clear whether he would go to polls after asking the defecting MLAs to resign from their party.
This has significance for all the defecting MLAs. If Chandrababu says yes to Talasani, would all the TDP MLAs resign and seek fresh election to join the TRS in Telangana?
This is an ethical question which Talasani himself should resolve, forget about Chandrababu.
