Bhuma denies quitting PAC, joining TDP

Bhuma Nagireddy, YCP leader, on Monday denied reports that he had resigned as the Chairman of the Parliamentary Accounts Committee as the first move to joining the ruling TDP. He emphatically denied that he had resigned from the PAC. There have been reports in the recent past that he was going to join the TDP. At the other end, the TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu was having consultations with the leaders of his party in Kurnool about giving the green signal to Bhuma Nagi Redddy. At the same time, YS Jaganmohan Reddy, YCP leader, is trying to keep the key Rayalaseema leader in the party so that it would not open the floodgates of his party leaders joining the ruling party. Bhuma has family ties with Jaganmohan Reddy family. The YCP leader also said he would not be taking a decision on leaving the YCP right now. He was hinting at talking to Jaganmohan Reddy who was away in Delhi meeting Central leadership on the State issues.
