Bhuma Nagi Reddy quits panel, about to meet TDP supremo

Nandyala MLA Bhuma Nagi Reddy along with duaghter Akhila Priya, Allgadda MLA, is about to join the ruling TRS after resigning from the YCP, giving a shock to opppositon leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Bhuma resigned from the chairmanship of the Parliamentary Accounts Committe on Monday afternoon. He also handed over many key files to the committee members, indicating his next move of joining the TRS, about which there was lots of speculation in the recent days. Coming out of the assembly building in Hyderabad, Bhuma refused to be drawn into a clear-cut plan by him. `I shall meet you when the time comes. I shall only take a decision after informing the media,' he said indirectly. Asked how long it would take for him to say yes or no about joining the TDP, the Rayalaseema leader said `it might take days, or it might take a few hours only.' Bhuma is expected to travel to Vijayawada to meet Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu immediately. Bhuma Nagi Reddy has family ties with the YCP leader.
