What have you done for Kapus, CM asks Megastar

Having bagged the majority Kapu support by persuading community leader Mudragada Padmanabham to give up his fast, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Monday dared Megastar Chiranjeevi to reveal what he had done for his Kapu community. Noting that the Praja Rajyam was specifically set up for promoting the Kapu interests, Chandrababu asked as PR leader and Central Minister what could Megastar Chiranjeevi do for the Kapus. Besides, on what basis did Megastar merge his party with the Congress? The Chief Minister said Chiranjeevi had no right to ask him about the Kapu welfare. This was especially so because he was determined to get constitutional safeguards for the Kapus. He knew what should be done for the Kapus, and he was going about it. Therefore, Megastar had no locus standi in the matter to question him.
