KTR goes thanksgiving to voters

Telangana IT Minister K. Taraka Ramarao, who spearheaded the TRS campaign in the GHMC elections in which the party won two-thirds majority, went on a thanksgiving tour round the city on Saturday. At Mahalibasti at Padmaraonagar in Secunderabad, KTR was accompanied by Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav. The ministers were seen talking and thankig the people and inquiring them about their civic problems. Talking to newsmen on the occasion, KTR said it was high time the opposition parties realised where they stood in the esteem of the people. His party would keep the promises it had made during the run-up to the poll. The young Minister revealed that Chief Minister K. Chadnrasekhar Rao told them that they should not pride themselves on the phenomenal success in the GHMC poll but bow to people's wishes.
