Plane remains grounded for Rajni to get his passport

Kollywood star Rajnikant had stopped a plane to Kualalumpur for some time on Monday. The flight could not take off from Chennai without the Superstar. The Superstar reached the airport in his car at the last minute at 11.45 am. Then he realized that he had forgotten his passport. Along with Rajni, the film crew who were going to shoot a film in Malaysia grew worried. Rajni rang up his residence, and the passport was brought fast foward. Till he received the passport, the superstar would not board the plane. Along with the film producer, Kalaipuli S. Thanu, he remained seated in the car. Before leaving for the shooting in Malayisa, Rajnikant thanked the Narendra Modi government for honouring him with Padmavibhushan. Rajnikant's last film `Quotidian' had bombed at the box office, bringing him some reverses. But the Padmavibhushan is a great honour for him.
