Ramachandraiah blames CM for Tuni violence

The leader of opposition in AP Council, C. Ramachandraiah, who belongs to the Kapu community, has blamed Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for the Kapu agitation taking a violent turn in Tuni on Sunday. Reminding Chandrababu that he had promised reservations for the Kapus prior to the Assembly poll, Ramachandraiah wondered how the TDP supremo could set the demand aside after coming to power. Talking to newsmen in Visakhapatnam on Monday, the opposition leader blamed Chandrababu's ambivalence for the violent turn to the Kapu agitation. Ramachandraiah said if Chandrababu had conceded the Kapu demand in time, Tuni violence would not have figured at all. The Chief Minister, therefore, was to blame for the Kapu violence.
