30,000 youth about to take ISIS plunge & attack India, says ATS

Some 30,000 Indian youth are ready to join the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria and fight their motherland, according to security agencies. The ISIS has used social media platforms to brainwash the youths, it is stated. The youth are ready to carry out attacks on their motherland at the behest of ISIS, the agencies add. The terror network had used the youth to gather highly classified information of various utilities and preparing them to mount attacks on the utilities. The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad that had got wind of the ISIS gameplan in India is now stated to be concentrating on identifying the alienated youth. The ATS has already closed down 94 websites belonging to the terror group and its Indian handlers. If the reports are true, then the nabbing of a dozen-odd ISIS influenced youth around Republic Day is only a tip of the iceberg.
