Two Guntur youths join ISIS

Two youths of Guntur distict in Coastal Andhra are said to have joined the ISIS terror network. The revelation was made by four of the terror network who have been nabbed in Hyderabad as part of the nation-wide raids following definite information from the National Investigations Agency. The four arrested men in Hyderabad revealed that two youths from Guntur, Abu Anas and Nafiz Khan, had joined the ISIS network. They informed the police following interrogation. The revelation has put the police in the new Andhra capital in Amaravati in a tizzy. They are looking into the bona fides of the two youths. The fact that the NIA had to inform the Hyderabad police about terror network in the Telugu States is a telling comment on the policing in the States. It's one thing to counsel them against the futility of joining the terror outfit after they are named, but the police in the two States must keep a tab on the possibility of the youth being alienated in the first place. The youths might be carried away by the talk of Caliphate, but they must be impressed that it's one-way ticket, whereas they may have responsibility for their families.
