NBW issued against Skipper Dhoni by Anantpur court

A non-bailable warrant has been issued to Indian cricket Captain Mahender Singh Dhoni by a court in Anantpur on the ground that he had insulted Hindu Gods in an advertisement. The court asked him to appear before it on February 25. Dhoni is captaining the Indian one-day international team in Australia, and the first match is scheduled in Perth on January 12. Dhoni is the highest paid Indian sportman in terms of ad revenue. Even Bharat Ratna Sachin Tendulkar comes next to him in terms of revenue. Dhoni had already said goodbye to Test cricket owing to dressing room quarrels and has settled for limited overs cricket. The dressing-room squabbling in fact began in the last Test series with Australia. The quarrels were over batsmen being not happy at facing the Australian quickies, headed by Josh Hazelwood. They will be facing again Hazelwood, who is said to have bowled the fastest ball in Test cricket, faster than Shoib Akhtar of Pakistan.
