Tiger bites at image, fails to devour mirror
A hungry tiger at Umreda Karhandla wildlife sanctuary near Nagpur had tough time eating its own image. The hungry cat saw its image in the side-mirror of the car. It attacked the mirror with all its might in order to pluck it out. In the event it failed to make much dent. The three occupants in the car, however, had an adventurous time, if not fearful, even as the big cat was fighting its own image. They took their cell phones out and recorded the whole Big Game. What the three occupants noticed was the tiger never looked at them once. It could as well have attacked them, but it had no mind for that. It wanted to attack its own kind, perhaps in the false belief that the image was a fierce rival in the Umreda area. Besides, the car was an open-top one. It could as well have jumped in. The tiger however concentrated on its image, failed and went away with its tail between its legs. The big game caught in cell phones was uploaded in the social media, where it has become a sensation.
