Danam Nagender manhandled at Cong. ceremony

Hyderabad District Congress Committee presdient Danam Nagender, former minister, is facing obstacles at every turn since the Congress went out of power. The same thing happened when he went to Uppal to participate in a ceremony to celebrate the 131st anniversary of the Congress founding on Monday. As he prepared for hoisting the Congress flag on the occasion, Nagender found the flag was already hoisted. The flag-hoisting was already done by Rangareddy District Congress Committee president Mallesh Gowd. Nagender's followers got the flag down for him to do the flag hoisting again. As Nagender's ceremony was over, Mallesh's followers were enraged at the duplication of the event. In the pushing that ensued, Mallesh manhandled Nagender. This is not all. Mallesh's followers attacked their Hyderabad counterparts with rotten eggs, mainly directed at Nagender. Not prepared for such a turn of events, Nagender and his followers took to their heels.
