Big Brother to keep an eye on Kuwait in New Year!

Closed circuit TVs are going to be installed all over Kuwait from March 2016. The project is expected to end by December 2016. The Kuwaiti project is aimed at keeping a watch on the movements of foreigners. Thus the Kuwaiti government is expected to monitor the happenings within the Gulf country on a real-time basis. Flanked by powerful neighbours, Iraq and Iran, Kuwait is strategically located with massive oil reserves. Saddam Hussein's Iraq had invaded Kuwait in 1990 in the first Gulf War.
