CPI leader AB Bardhan (92) hospitalised

Hyderabad, Dec 7: The 92-year-old communist leader A B Bardhan has been hospitalised in Delhi early today after he suffered a paralytic stroke. Bardhan lives in the CPI Headquarters in Delhi. He was rushed to the GB Pant Hospital in Delhi after he felt uneasy around 8 am and then lost consciousness, according to CPI leader Atul Kumar Anjaan. Atul Kumar Anjaan confirmed that Bardhan’s condition was 'critical'. He said senior doctors at the hospital were taking care of Bardhan, who was the former General Secretary of the Communist Party of India.
