Jagan files plea in CBI court for easying bail regulations

Hyderabad, Dec 7: YSRCP president and leader of the opposition in the AP assembly Yeduguri Sandinti Jaganmohan Reddy had filed an appeal in the CBI ourt in Hyderabad urging it to completely relax his bail regulations. It may be recalled that the CBI court granted conditional bail to Jagan two years ago with reference to his disproportionate assets case (DA case) of 2011. The CBI is said to have filed a total of 11 cases against Jagan in the CBI court. Two years back the CBI Court had released Jagan on conditional bail. As per the bail conditions, Jagan could not go out of Hyderabad. However, the CBI court has occasionally eased the restrictions and permitted him to visit certain places in AP state. Since two years are over after he was granted bail, Jagan has now move the CBI court urging it to completely remove the bail restrictions and permit him to move freely in the two Telugu states. The CBI court admitted the appeal and asked the CBI to file its counter to it.
