TRS MP Vinod introduces private member bill on special status to Telangana

Hyderabad, Dec 4: Telangana Rashtra Samiti parliamentarian Vinod today introduced a private member bill in the Lok Sabha demanding special status and special package to Telangana state. Stating that the government is doing a lot to develop the state, Vinod said in order to do a better job in developing Telangana the centre should grant special status and special package to it. Admitting the bill, Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan announced that she is agreeing to have a discussion on the bill. Meanwhile in Rajya Sabha, MP Subbarami Reddy also introduced a private member's bill demanding a circuit bench of the Supreme Court of India at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. Both the houses of the parliament are likely to discuss on the bill.
