Fresh case of abuse at ANU, police questioning contract staff

Hyderabad, Nov 28: Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) appears to be in the news for all the wrong reasons of late. In a fresh case of abuse, police took a contract employee of ANU into custody for allegedly forcing a student to marry him. According to Guntur police, ANU employee Ramesh has been accused of harassing an MBA student for several months. He is said to have even warned the student of dire consequences if she did not do his bidding. The girl student is said to have lodged a complaint with the Pedakakani police. They took Ramesh into custody for questioning.
