6.0-magnitude quake jolts Indonesia

Jakarta, Nov 21: A 6.0-magnitude earthquake jolted eastern Indonesia on Saturday but no tsunami alert was issued, the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency said. The quake was centered 129 km northwest of Maluku Tenggara Barat in Maluku province with a depth of 78 km under sea level, an agency official told Xinhua news agency. The US Geological Survey measured the tremor at 6.1-magnitude.
