Rs 73 cr funds released for 4-lane roads at Yadagirigutta

Hyderabad, Nov 21: Telangana government today released Rs 73 crore for the conversion of roads around Yadagirigutta temple town into four-lane roads. Announcing this to the media here today, Government Whip Sunita Mahendra Reddy said Telangana chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has issued directions to the officials to take up the road conversion work immediately. The roads identified for the conversion work include roads between Turkapalli-Yadagirigutta, Vangapalli-Yadagirigutta, and Rajpet-Yadagirigutta. These roads will be developed as four-lane roads. Sunita also said that as part of the expansion of the Bhongir-Warangal highway, a bypass road will be developed linking the highway to Vangapalli village.
