HC issues notice to Talasani, asks him to reply in 4 weeks on defection

Hyderabad, Nov 12: The Hyderabad High Court today issued a notice to Telangana Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav and directed him to submit his reply to a petition that said he was ineligible for the position as he had defected to TRS after winning his MLA seat on TDP ticket. A person identified as Tangella Shivaprasad Reddy had filed the petition in the high court against the Telangana minister. It may be recalled that Telangana TDP leaders had been waging a war on this issue for the past few months.
