Centre threw sand in cotton farmers' eyes: Etala
Hyderabad, Nov 11: Telangana Finance Minister Etala Rajendra today claimed that the central government threw sand in the eyes of cotton farmers in the state. Speaking to media here today, the finance minister said the central government has not taken any measures to come to the rescue of the the cotton farmers.
