After adopting Kondareddypalle village, Prakash Raj begins development work

Hyderabad, Nov 9: South Indian actor Prakash Raj on Sunday performed a ‘bhoomi puja’ for a rainwater harvesting structure through a feeder channel at Kondareddypalle village in Mahbubnagar, which he adopted some time back. With this, he set development works in motion. He is later planning to construct five community toilets in the Kondareddypalle. Prakash Raj told the media that, after holding several meetings with the villagers, he prepared a working plan for the village's dvelopment. During the discussions, Prakash and the villagers identified 47 problems plaguing the village and some of them include drinking water, electricity, sanitation and primary health. He said work will start on these core sectors at the earliest. In addition to the development works taken up, the actor also took up work on the installation of a 30,000-litre capacity water tank. It will be attached to a borewell. Interestingly, Prakash Raj has a farmhouse a few km away from Kondareddypalle.
