Modi congratulates Nitish Kumar

New Delhi/Patna, Nov 8: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday telephoned Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and congratulated him on the victory of his Grand Alliance in the assembly elections. Modi tweeted that he had “a telephonic conversation with Nitish. Congratulated him on the victory”. Moments earlier, Nitish Kumar tweeted: “Just received a phone call from PM congratulating me.”
