Case on Talasani's son: Complainant booked for dowry harassment

Hyderabad, Nov 1: A dowry harassment case was booked on Abhinav, who lodged a police complaint against Sai Kiran, son of Commercial Tax Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav. It may be noted that Abhinav married international tennis player Bhuvana Reddy recently. He alleged that the Minister's son threatened, injured him and sent Bhuvana to her parents home on October 24. In the complaint, Abhinav said that Sai Kiran also forcibly took mobile, laptop , letters and photos. In a press conference conducted by Talasani Srinivas Yadav today, Bhuvana said that Abhinav used to confine her to a room and never allowed to speak to her parents. Bhuvana said that she nurtured friendship with Abhinav in a gym. Bhuvana was angry with her father for blaming her for defeat in a match. At the same time Abhinav invited her to his house. Without thinking for a while, she went with Abhinav and married him 20 days ago. Abhinav locked up Bhuvana in room and did not allow her to play tennis and to denied permission to attend college. He reportedly demanded Rs 3 crore to send Bhuvana for a party in her parent's house. Talasani alleged that Abhinav suppressed information about his first marriage and cheated international tennis player Bhuvana Reddy.
