Danam-Padma Rao meet triggers speculation

Hyderabad, Oct 27: Excise and Prohibition Minister T Padma Rao visited the residence of senior Congress leader and former Minister Danam Nagender, in Hyderabad today. According to sources, the two leaders closeted for one hour. The meeting assumed significance in the wake of rumours that Danam would join TRS. Danam on several occasions, has made it clear that he would not leave Congress. It may be noted that Danam's political mentor D Srinivas has joined TRS recently. It is said that Padma Rao and Danam discussed current political situation in the state. TRS is making every effort to lure Danam to win the GHMC polls and to bag Mayor post.
