Lokesh eyes Seema, Jagan shifts focus to coastal districts

Hyderabad, Oct 27: TDP and YSRCP are making every effort to consolidate their base in the state. TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh is making efforts to strengthen the party in Seema districts, a bastion of opposition party YSRCP. Lokesh appointed in-charges for the party district units. Today, he conducted a meeting with the members of the party's teacher wing. Meanwhile, Leader of Opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy has started efforts to strengthen the party in coastal districts, where the party suffered a huge loss in the 2014 general elections. Jagan today convened a meeting of the party leaders from East and West Godavari districts. He reportedly discussed the measures to strengthen the party from grassroot level and the strategy to win more seats in the districts.
