ED summons Shah Rukh Khan for the third time

Mumbai, Oct 27: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan for the third time for allegedly violating Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) rules. It may be noted Shah Rukh Khan owns a stake in Kolkata Knight Riders (IPL) team franchise. His firm reportedly undervalued shares 8-9 times in a transfer deal with an overseas company. The overseas company is owned by veteran actress Juhi Chawla's husband Jay Mehta, who is a share holder in the franchise. According to reports, Shah Rukh should appear before the ED by the first week of November. The actor remained unavailable for comment on the issue. Khan failed to respond to earlier summons due to his busy shooting schedules.
