Modi assures all help to AP

Amaravati, Oct 22: Beginning his speech in Telugu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted people on Vijaya Dasami and said Amaravati is surly a people's capital. Speaking on the occasion of the foundation laying ceremony, Modi assured the youth of the state that he will fulfill all the assurances made in the AP state Reorganisation Act in true letter and spirit. Congratulating AP Chandrababu Naidu for taking up the task of building Amaravati by bringing together the best minds and Best Practices in the world, Modi said very few new capitals had been built after Independence. He then said the nation should look towards urbanisation with sustainability, without looking at it as a problem, but as an opportunity. He then said Amaravati will be a benchmark for the development of new cities and implementation of new technologies for the creation of jobs and revenue.
