Hopeful of Pawan's presence at capital fete: Chandrababu
Guntur, Oct 22: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu hoped that popular Telugu actor and Jana Sena founder Pawan Kalyan would attend capital foundation-stone laying ceremony on October 22.
Speaking to the reporters, Chandrababu said that he phoned Pawan Kalyan and requested the latter to attend the ceremony.
Commenting on a question that Pawan Kalyan strongly opposed land acquisition, Chandrababu said that Pawan has a different opinion and it does not amount to opposition.
Chandrababu exuded confidence that administrative blocks in the capital city would be completed during his present tenure.
He said that proposed Financial City in CRDA would boost employment opportunities. "We will take opposition on board but will not tolerate ploys to stall development works," Chandrababu added.
