SpiceJet to launch low-coat midnight flights

Hyderabad, Oct 17: The budget carrier SpiceJet is to launch cheaper midnight flight services on the Delhi-Nanded and Delhi-Bangalore routes from November 2. With this, SpiceJet become the third domestic carrier to offer such flight services. SpiceJet is also planning to add another six similar services on the domestic routes during its winter schedule, sources said. The other two carriers that are offering such services are Jet Airways and IndiGo. SpiceJet's starting fare for the Delhi-Bangalore flight is Rs 3,899. On the Delhi-Bangalore route, SpiceJet flight SG-149 will take off at 1.00 AM from Delhi and land at 3.40 AM in Bangalore four times per week.
