Four-month deadline to change AP number plates to TS

Hyderabad, Oct 15: The Telangana government has set four-month deadline for the vehicle owners to change their number plates from AP to TS. While the four digit number in the number plate will remain same, state and district code will change. Vehicles owners can change their vehicle numbers through online. The government had previously issued a GO in June in 2014 asking motorists for re-registration of vehicles but as per High Court directions, the decision was kept in abeyance.
