HC sets Oct 20 date for re-counselling for seats in Mall Reddy medical college HC tells Mallareddy medical collage to go for re-counselling

Hyderabad, Oct 14: The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad today directed the Hyderabad-based Malla Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences to conduct counselling for 127 seats available under A and B categories before October 20. The court passed similar directions to the Dr NTR University of Health Sciences located in Vijayawada. The court passed these orders after a petition was filed alleging seats were sold for a price by the college under these two categories. There were also allegations that private medical colleges had sold medical each seat for at least Rs 1 crore.
