Make available diagnostic equipment in govt hospitals, Chandrababu to officials
Vijayawada, Oct 11: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today directed officials to make available necessary diagnostic equipment in government hospitals. The CM reviewed the functioning of health department with officials in Vijayawada today. Government hospitals have buildings and lands at main thoroughfares and officials should use them to provide better medical services to the people, he said. Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas said there was no shortage of medicines in government hospitals. The Chief Minister directed the officials to provide all diagnostic services in the government hospitals by January, he added.
