Chandrababu launches 'e-Pragati'
Visakhapatnam, Oct 09: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today launched 'e-Pragati' project in Visakhapatnam. The project integrates 33 departments and 315 government agencies and it provides a bouquet of 745 services to public, government and others agencies. HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Information Technology Minister Palle Raghunatha Reddy and others were present. The project has been designed with an estimated investment of Rs 2,358 crore. Information Technology giant Wipro is doing ground work on the project. The project will lead to free-flow of information among various department and will greatly reduce the time in providing various services to the people.
