Amaravati's foundation ceremony at 12.45 pm on Oct 22

Hyderabad, Oct 2: The Andhra Pradesh cabinet on Thursday has decided to lay the foundation stone for the new capital city Amaravati at 12.45 pm on October 22. After reviewing the status of the work going in Amaravati during the cabinet meeting, AP Chief Minister said Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone on that day, which happens to be the auspicious day of Vijaya Dasami. Chandrababu also said a Vaastu-compliant location has been identified where the foundation stone would be laid. The spot would later be developed into a public garden.
