Errabelli remanded to 14-day judicial custody

Jangaon (Warangal), Sep 28: Palakurthi MLA and Telugu Desam Party floor leader in Telangana Legislative Assembly Errabelli Dayakar Rao was sent to 14-day judicial remand by a local court here today. It may be noted that TDP and TRS workers clashed during inauguration ceremony of Agriculture Market Yard in Palakurthi. Fifteen persons were injured in the clash and police detained Errabelli in connection with the case. Errabelli was detained at Bachannapet police station throughout the night and he along with 21 others were produced in a court in Jangaon today. Police named Errabelli as the main accused (A1) in the case. Errabelli would be sent for health check up at local hospital and he would be shifted to Warangal Central Jail. The Judge is hearing arguments on the bail plea moved by Errabelli when the reports last came in.
