M'rashtra governor rejects Sanjay Dutt's mercy plea

Hyderabad, Sept 24: Mercy petition of Hindi film actor and convict in the 1993 Mumbai blasts' arms case Sanjay Dutt was today dismissed by Maharashtra Governor Vidyasagar Rao.
