Jagan vows to defy ban on Guntur protest

Hyderabad, Sep 23: YSRCP chief and Leader of Opposition in AP Assembly YS Jaganmohan Reddy has announced that he would stage protest on September 26 at any cost. Jagan vowed to defy the ban on the protest. Unable to digest the massive public response to my programmes, government hatched a conspiracy and coerced police to deny permission for the programme, he alleged. Jagan planned to stage protest for special status at Guntur on September 26, but police denied permission citing law and order problems. Jagan planned to stage the protest from September 15 but postponed the programme due to Vinayaka Chavithi festivities. YSRCP activists laid siege to Guntur police station demanding permission for the protest.
