The four men were charged with riding the motorcycle in a dangerous manner by doing the superman stunt, which was riding the machine by lying down with the chest on the cushion seat and their legs stretched. The charge carries a maximum imprisonment for up to five years and fine and disqualification from holding or obtaining a driving licence for a period of not less than two years.
