Court remands Keshava Reddy to CID custody

Kurnool, Sept 19: A court in Kurnool today remanded Keshava Reddy, founder of Keshava Reddy Group of Institutions, to CID custody. The CID immediately took Keshava Reddy into custody and is expected to question him for four days in the presence of Additional Superintendent of Police Sridhar. It may be recalled that police had arrested Keshava Reddy for defaulting to repay crores of rupees that were illegally collected in the form of deposits from parents of students of his institutions. Earlier, a court in Anantapur had remanded Keshava Reddy till September 23.
