Chandrababu's jolt to KE Krishnamurthy
Vijayawada, Sep 17: TDP Supremo and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has kept in abeyance the transfer orders of seven Deputy-Collectors that were cleared by the Deputy Chief Minister and Revenue Minister KE Krishnamurthy. According to reports, Chandrababu Naidu has asked KE Krishnamurthy to send all the files related to transfers to him for verification. KE had transferred the Deputy-Collectors and issued the orders on Tuesday. A section of TDP leaders complained the CM that the Deputy-Collectors were transferred without their knowledge. According to sources, KE has transferred officials with longstanding service at one place as per norms. It may be noted that Chandrababu has openly admonished KE Krishnamurthy for his statements on acquisition of land for construction of new capital city Amaravati.
