Heavy rain to lash AP, TS in next 2 days
Hyderabad, Sept 12: In the coming two days, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are likely to experience heavy to very heavy rainfall, according to Cyclone Warning Centre of the India Meteorological Department at Visakhapatnam. The centre today urged people to be on their guard and well-prepared to face the heavy rain. The centre confirmed that two low pressure troughs had formed at two location in the Bay of Bengal and this is likely to result in widespread heavy to very heavy rain for the next two days. It also forecast that Rayalaseema and Telangana are likely to experience thunder showers in the next two days. The centre also said that there was widespread rainfall in places like Anantapur, Kadapa, Prakasham, Nizamabad and Ranga Reddy district of AP and Telangana.
