HC relaxes Revanth Reddy's bail conditions
Hyderabad, Sept 8: The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad today relaxed the bail conditions of Telugu Desam Party MLA and an accused in the cash-for-vote case.
It may be recalled that the high court had in the past granted bail to Revanth Reddy and stipulated certains conditions. It had ordered the MLA should not leave his legislative assembly constituency without the approval of the court.
However, Revanth Reddy had appealed to the court to relax this condition citing reasons of work related to his daughter's marriage and party activities.
After hearing his plea, the court had relaxed the condition and said he can now travel out of his constituency. However, it said every Monday Revanth Reddy should present himself before the CBI office.
