YSR statue vandalised

Eluru (West Godavari), Sep 06: Unidentified persons vandalised former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy's statue at Timmannapalem village of Nallajerla mandal in West Godavari district. Tension prevailed for a while as YSRCP activists staged protest and raised slogans demanding action against the offenders. Police rushed to the village and brought the situation under control. Further reports are awaited.
