Rishiteswari Case: Accused bail plea dismissed for second time

Guntur, Sep 03: The District Sessions Court here dismissed the bail pleas of the three accused in the case related to the death of ANU B Arch first year student M Rishiteswari for the second time. The bail petitions filed by the accused Hanisha, Jayacharan and Srinvias came up for hearing today. But the court dismissed their bail pleas for the second time. It may be noted that Rishiteswari allegedly committed suicide due to ragging and the Subrahmanyam committed to confirmed it. The accused were in remanded 49 days ago. Meanwhile, forensic report claimed that Rishiteswari committed suicide. The police are likely to file charge sheet in the case in two days.
