Pawan flexis damaged, Bhimavaram tense
Bhimavaram (West Godavari), Sep 03: Tension prevailed at Bhimavaram in West Godavari district following the disfigurement of flexis and cut-outs of Jana Sena chief and popular Telugu actor Pawan Kalyan. The fans erected flexis on the occasion of Pawan Kalyan's birthday. They alleged that actor Prabhas's fans damaged the flexis. They not only burnt the flexis of Prabhas but also damaged some shops in the city. Police tried to persuade the agitators, but in vain. Pawan's fans staged a rasto roko and pelted stones on the houses of suspects involved in the incident. Tension gripped the town following the clashes.
