Asked Centre for better package than that of Bundelkhand: Babu

Hyderabad, August 27: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is believed to have told the Central government that a special status is not enough for the state. He said asked the Centre for more than a special status. He said there is a need to develop the backward regions of the state. Stating that people are still scared regarding the issue of special status and development, Chandrababu said he urged the Central government to provide a better package than that was given to Bundelkhand for the development of the capital city, industries and education institutions in the state. Chandrababu made these statements during a media interaction at his camp office in Vijayawada today.
