Chandrababu to meet PM at 10:30 am today

Hyderabad, Aug 25: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 10:30 am today. According to reports, Chandrababu Naidu would place special status and special package demands before the Prime Minister. A delegation headed by PV Ramesh, Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Govt of AP, arrived in Delhi three days ago to held negotiations with Union government officials. AP government renewed hopes on special status after Prime Minister Modi announced Rs 1.25 lakh crore package to Bihar. Chandrababu will also meet Union Ministers M Venkaiah Naidu, Arun Jaitley, Rajnath Singh, Manohar Parrikar, Uma Bharathi, Radhamohan Singh and Niti Ayog CEO Arvind Panagariya Modi may announce sops during his visit to the state.
