Narendra Modi still people's favourite PM

Hyderabad, August 21: After facing several controversies and slights, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is still the country's choice as the next PM. This was according to the poll conducted by The India Today Group - Cicero Mood of the Nation. During the survey, 57 per cent of the persons rated Modi's performance as good to excellent. While only 13 per cent felt his performance as poor. Compared to the last poll conducted in April, there was a very small decrease of 3 per cent of people rating him as excellent. 37 per cent of the people preferred Modi for the PM post while 11 per cent voted for Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi Chief Minister. Rahul Gandhi got 8 per cent votes and Sonia Gandhi and Mayawati were preferred by 5 per cent each. Public voted BJP as the best party in the country in solving the problems and next comes Congress and AAP.
